## Privacy Policy for Insource Bot

At Insource Systems, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how the Insource Bot collects and uses messages in Discord.

### Information Collection and Use

The Insource Bot logs message content for moderation and logging purposes. However, it does not store these logs in Insource Systems' database. Logs are stored temporarily in memory for the duration of the bot session and are not accessible after the session ends. A server may choose to have logs sent to another channel within the server where message logs are preserved based on actions such as editing or deleting a message. The Insource Bot does not access these logs.

### Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected by the Insource Bot to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

### Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page.

### Contact Us

If you have any questions or suggestions about our privacy policy, please contact us via our Support Bot in the [Discord ](https://discord.gg/ZEE9Rry)server.
