InStore Terms of Service Effective: June 12, 2025

Welcome to InStore, a Roblox e-commerce hub that allows users to browse, purchase, and manage digital products linked to their Roblox account. By accessing or using InStore, you agree to the following terms:

1. Roblox Account and Identity

  • InStore uses your Roblox User ID to verify and confirm account ownership via Roblox's OAuth authorization system.

  • You authorize InStore to identify your account using your Roblox User ID for login and transaction purposes.

2. Use of the Platform

  • You may use InStore only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Roblox’s Community Standards.

  • You are responsible for all actions taken using your linked Roblox ID.

3. Purchases and Transactions

  • Purchases made through InStore are final and may be subject to the terms set by product creators.

  • InStore is not responsible for issues arising from the misuse or revocation of products after purchase.

4. Account Security

  • Do not share your Roblox credentials with Insource Systems. We will never ask for your Roblox password.

  • You are responsible for securing access to your Roblox account.

5. Content Ownership

  • Product listings, descriptions, and assets are the responsibility of their respective creators.

  • By using InStore, you agree not to upload or sell content that violates Roblox’s or any third party’s rights.

6. Modifications and Termination

  • InStore may update or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

  • InStore is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

  • We provide the platform “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
